A Creative Team Day with The Relationships Centre

Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Marriott Hotel in Leicester to run a Ceramic Painting event for The Relationships Centre Leicestershire (formerly known as Relate) as part of their annual Team Day. From the moment we arrived, the energy in the room was warm and welcoming.

The team were excited to step away from their busy schedules and spend the afternoon connecting, unwinding, and exploring their creative sides.

Ceramic painting is a fantastic way to bring people together — no artistic experience required! As everyone picked their brushes and chose their colours, it was lovely to see conversations flowing, giggles filling the room, and creative ideas taking shape. Each design reflected their personality, and by the end of the session, the tables were filled with beautifully hand-painted pieces.

Team Days like this are a wonderful reminder of the power of creativity to bring people closer. Whether it’s through a shared activity, a bit of laughter, or a moment of calm, these experiences strengthen bonds and leave lasting memories.
