Bunting Making Hen Party in South Devon

We headed to South Devon to host a Bunting Making Party in an idyllic village called Shaldon. As we arrived, we were greeted by the cutest tiny seaside roads and Georgian architecture.

The Hen Party had booked an incredible hen house, called Mintons. It was opposite the water with views from nearly every room. The house itself was full of character and even had a secret room!!

As the sun was shining the hens asked to craft outside…how could we say no to that! We set all the bunting making materials out on a large table ready to start the crafty fun.

The maid of honour had sent over the wedding colours beforehand as they wanted to make the bunting all together so it can be displayed on the wedding day. They requested spring colours for a festival style wedding. We loved putting this together, it was so enjoyable finding fabrics and trimmings to compliment the theme!

Everyone really got into making the triangles, using their creativity and sewing skills. So many were made, the bunting will look so beautiful on the big day.
