There’s something extra special about returning to a place that already feels familiar, and our fourth visit to Lloyds Banking Group in central London was exactly that. From the moment we arrived, there was a warm buzz in the room—friendly faces, and plenty of laughter ready to unfold.
This time, we brought along a touch of spring with our grapevine wreath workshop. As the session got underway, the space quickly filled with creativity and conversation. Colleagues who might usually only exchange quick emails or never met before found themselves side by side, weaving, decorating, and sharing ideas. Each wreath took on its own personality, from delicately floral to wonderfully bold, and every single one became a beautiful keepsake to take home. What we love most about these workshops is how naturally they bring people together. Crafting has a way of slowing things down, giving everyone a chance to pause, connect, and enjoy a moment away from busy schedules. The giggles, the shared compliments, and even the little “I didn’t know I could make this!” moments all add up to something really meaningful for wellbeing in the workplace. We left feeling inspired (and still smiling), already looking forward to what we’ll create together next time. We can’t wait to be back again next month for more crafts and of course, more giggles.
