I have been running craft hen parties for over 2 and a half years now, and I love planning and executing each craft hen party to the clients requirements. I recently got engaged and started to consider my own hen party very quickly! I have decided I want it to be a surprise, like many we attend. I have left the panning of my hen party to my lovely younger sister. I did tell her the activities and the type of venues I would like, so watch this space!.
All of this got me thinking about hen parties in general, and how each hen do is planned! Every bride to be has their own ideas, be it a night out with friends or a weekend away. Does a hen party match the tastes and personality of the bride to be, or are hen parties not always what the bride to be really wants? Does a hen do run through to the wedding, or are they completely separate?
When we receive an enquiry for a craft hen party it is usually because the bride to be is creative, and her hens think she will enjoy getting crafty! I would recommend always considering what the bride to be will enjoy, not what you would enjoy when planning a hen party. Consider locations she loves, food she enjoys, and activities she would enjoy doing. A hen party for a bride to be is meant to be special, and a memory she will take into her married life!
