Planning a hen party can be a stressful task! It can bring about sleepless nights and tears! Trying to please the bride to be and her loved ones is a tricky balancing act! We think that the bride to be is this most important part of any hen party, if she is not happy then this will rub off and create an unenjoyble experience for everyone involved! Here are our top five tips when planing a hen party: TIP ONE: Think about what the bride to be would like to do. If she likes the outdoors for example use this as your focus point. You could even ask her...there is no harm in asking a few questions to begin putting the puzzle together. TIP TWO: Start to plan early! There is nothing worse than leaving the planning to the last minute! Places will get booked up as will family and friends! TIP THREE: Set a budget from the start and be strict with it! A spread sheet will always be your best friend! TIP FOUR: Location location location! By choosing a location that has all of the things you would like to do will help with your planning and organisation of the celebrations! TIP FIVE: Don't plan too many activities to do! Feeling rushed and regimented is not enjoyable. Everyone leads busy lives and people like to have down time too! It's best to savour each element of a hen party. Lastly don't get stressed! It's is supposed to be fun! If you are having fun everyone else will!

Hello everyone we hope you are all keeping well and enjoying the glorious sunshine! We can not believe it is already June!! We have been so busy running craft parties that our little blog has been slightly neglected! We are still here and enjoying every second.
Last week we headed to Poole College in Dorset to run a Bunting Making Class for a group of eager students. Our craft workshops are not just for parties, we are also often asked to run craft workshops at schools and colleges across the UK! The group really got stuck in and were very creative! We provided many beautiful fabrics and embellishments for the group to choose from on the day, and two of our talented workshop providers provided tuition and inspiration along the way! The students took great care and time making their bunting, we were extremely impressed with the end results. The feedback from the craft workshop: "I just wanted to thank you all so much for a wonderful session you provided on Wednesday for us. The girls were so pleased with their end results, and hope Amberlee coped with their demands. We would love to use your fab company again, and will look forward to booking you again." If you would like more information about our craft workshops for your college or school please contact [email protected]. |
