A Daisy themed Hen Party and Wedding

As the nights are getting that little bit lighter, and the snow drops are out we are noticing lovely spring trends coming through our emails! Our craft hen parties often choose a craft that will help the bride to be towards her wedding day, such as Bunting Making. We get many requests for colour schemes and themes. In the last couple of weeks we have noticed a particular theme that keeps popping up… daisies! We love word daisy (especially as the family Labrador is called daisy) it brings back memories of being a child making daisy chains, and lighter days!

The daisies colours white and yellow are fresh, giving any wedding day a clean and pretty feel. It is said that the daisy represents purity and innocence. As well as looking pretty the daisy leaves can make a tasty addition to salads (they're closely related to artichoke and are high in Vitamin C).

There are many beautiful daisy themed fabrics, and trimming to choose from. We are enjoying researching these and looking forward to our craft parties making stunning keepsakes!
