Craft Hen Party in Bournemouth - Paper Bunting Fun!

Good morning! We hope everyone is keeping warm on this chilly Sunday in February! At Crafts and Giggles HQ we have been keeping warm through planning and holding lovely Craft Hen Party Workshops! We want to share with you our wonderful Craft Hen Party held in Bournemouth yesterday run by the very talented paper artist Anissa Lee.

When we arrived in the picturesque setting of Christchurch Quay in Dorset, both Anissa and I were very excited. I have always loved Christchurch it is the perfect setting to hold a craft hen party! When we arrived at their chosen venue we were blown away by the setting, atmosphere and view! It was truly beautiful and inspirational to work in!

When we entered the room we were working in the bride to be looked very surprised. The Craft Hen Party Workshop was a surprise; she had no idea that she was going to be taking part in a Paper Bunting Workshop! Thankfully is turned out to be a good surprise!

Anissa started the Paper Bunting Workshop by showing examples of what the hens could make and did a little demonstration. Anissa provided the most wonderful selection of papers to choose from! The ladies had a lot of fun going through the papers and choosing their colour schemes!

All of the hens got stuck into their creations! They were all so focused and engaged in what they were making and this really showed in the amazing work they ended up producing.

One of the ladies taking part said that she didn’t really like or do any crafts, however she kindly said half way through the workshop was really fun and she was really enjoying it! This is what our craft workshops are all about!

Anissa and I were both really impressed with the Paper Bunting that was made. Everyone had their own style and ideas about what they wanted to create. We wanted the craft workshop to be relaxing and fun, and it most certainly was!

Crafts and Giggles would like to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you for inviting us to be a part of your hen party celebrations! We wish the bride to be a wonderful wedding day!
